We created our first fragrance, Eau d'Italie, to celebrate Hotel Le Sirenuse's 50th anniversary in 2001, and we drew inspiration from Marina's childhood memories of the happy times she spent there. First among these was the recollection of racing her sister Giulia and her cousin Antonio barefoot across the terracotta-tiled terraces of the Hotel in summer, and this particular olfactory memory - warm terracotta tiles heated by the sun - is the central note around which we structured this fragrance.

A light sea breeze and cool citrus groves on the cliffs of Positano. Terracotta tiles warmed by the summer sun. Bergamot, blackcurrant buds and a hint of musk.
